Custom Items – Final Sale
Any sweatshirt customized with patches, initials, names, icons, or other personalized elements is considered a custom item and is therefore:

• Non-refundable

• Not eligible for returns

• Not eligible for exchanges

Non-Custom Items – 14-Day Returns
Non-custom sweatshirts can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item is unworn

• Item is unwashed

• Item is in original condition

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at letsridedarlin@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Follow the instructions provided for returning your item.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
